イタリアフランス人家で、サルディーニャのソーセージでパスタ。Fusili （写真参照) のパスタを使っていたのだが、ソーセージ（ピリッと辛い）、トマト、玉葱を煮込んだトロトロのソースがFusiliの間隙にうまく保持されてなるほど、これはとても正しいパスタの選択だ、と感心した。ワインはChateau de Mercey Hautes Cotes de Beaune 1999で、ノルマンディフランス人と先日ワイン屋で一本開けたのと同じなのだが、コルクを抜いて飲んだ前回と、抜いて3時間置いた今回では味がまったく違っていて、今回は極上。そんなわけで調べてみたら

Generation, bearbeitet 42 ha Weinberge, davon 26 ha in der Appellation Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune, 15 ha in der Appellation Mercurey und 1,2 ha in der Appellation Santenay
Die Weinberge der Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune liegen im höhergelegenen Hügelteil der Cotes de Beaune. Seit 761 wird in diesem Bereich Weinbau betrieben. Seit 1961 besitzt die Gemeinde der Hautes Cotes Ihre eigene Herkunftsbezeichnung Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune und fordert zumindest seit diesem Zeitpunkt die "großen Burgunder" der Cote d'Or und der Cote de Nuit heaus.

マックのエミュレータ / マック生気論
何年前のことだか忘れたが、我が愛用の計算ソフトIgorProがまだマックOSのみで動いていた時代、ウィンドウズでなんとかIgorProを使えないものかとマックOSのエミュレータを探したことがあった。当時は"Executor"なるソフトが全盛で、どこのウェブサイトも推賞していたように覚えている。自分でもWin98にインストールして、おおっ、マック画面だ、と悦にいっていたのをよく憶えている。ただし、IgorProは動かすことができずそれ以上使うことがなかった。*1
先日のクラリスワークス問題勃発のおりにそのことを思いだし、エミュレータ（Executorをイメージしていた）+ふるいクラリスでどうにかならんのかな、と調べてみたら、時を経てもっとよいソフトがいくつも出ているのを発見した。例えば

結局これらのソフトを試用することはなかったのだが、というのもこれらの新機軸エミュレータのネックだったのが、「Macintosh機 から ROM イメージファイルを転送する必要がある」という少々面倒な点だった。実際に保持しているマックから、それぞれのマシンに固有なROM イメージファイル（BIOSである）を”吸い出す”必要があるのである。あるいはメインボードからROMを外して使用する。
ROM BIOSを吸い出すためだけににLCIIなどの骨董品級マシンを450円で買いました、といった人の報告をみつけたりするのだが、なにやら「魂を吸い出す」ようなニュアンスを微妙に感じた。それぞれのマックに蔵されている固有の命の源（BIOS!）を抽出し、ウィンドウズ内に移植する、というようなイメージである。
サイトに掲載された昔のマックの画面などをみて、高根の花に憧れていた時代のことを思い出した。古いマックは研究所のなかにゴロゴロころがっている。いずれ暇なときにおもしろそうだからやってみようと思っている。
